The Davis New Mexico Scholarship provides college scholarships that cover the full cost of attendance for college-ready New Mexican students who will be the first in their families to earn a college degree. We are changing college access across New Mexico— a state where fewer than 1 in 3 young people have earned a college degree— by connecting students who graduate from rigorous college preparatory programs and high schools to colleges and universities who commit to an exceptional level of student support.

Our unique program awards its scholarship in the Fall of students’ senior year so the scholarship staff has time to work closely with scholars and their families before they leave for school. This ensures that each scholar has access to college counseling, family meetings, and relationship building with other students. Alongside our college partners, we act as case managers for our students throughout their time in college. In addition to the financial support of the scholarship, each Davis New Mexico Scholar receives individualized academic and emotional support as they work towards college graduation.
